What are your Box Office hours and what tickets can I buy?

Tickets for Wooly's shows are available in advance through AXS.com or in-person at the Wooly's Box Office on Fee Free Fridays.

Box Office hours: Fridays from 12 PM to 5 PM

On show days the box office will be open at event door time.

Booths and tables are available online on the show's ticketing link at AXS.com. To check the availability of booths, please email boxoffice@woolysdm.com

Box office is cash only.

What if the show I want to purchase tickets for is on a Fee Free Friday?

All tickets purchased in person on the day of the show will only be available at door time. If a show is on a Fee Free Friday, the same applies. Tickets in person will only be available at door time day of the show.

Does my child need a ticket?

All attendees need a ticket per age requirement. For all ages shows, children under 1 do not need a ticket.

I have tickets at will call, where do I pick those up, and do I need an ID?

A form of ID is required for pick up at the box office at door time.

How can I reserve a booth or a table?

Booths and tables are available online on the show's ticketing link at AXS.com. To check the availability of booths, please email boxoffice@woolysdm.com

Day of show, if a booth is available once doors open, please see a server who can assist with the purchase.

Can I leave the venue and come back during a show?

There is no re-entry for minors (20 and under) but attendees 21+ may re-enter with the appropriate wristband. Shows with no re-entry for all ages will have proper signage displayed in the venue.

Do you allow purses or backpacks into the venue?

No backpacks, small purses are allowed. Everyone is subject to wanding and search.

What items are not allowed in the venue?

The following items are prohibited:

  • Backpacks
  • All weapons
  • Cans or glass bottles
  • Professional cameras
  • Audio recording equipment
  • Video cameras (cell phones are okay)
  • Laser pointers

Is there a coat check available?

Coat check is available during the winter season on a first-come, first-serve basis.

What parking is available?

Metered street parking is available - all downtown street parking spaces charge per hour from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

The Capitol Complex Lot located on East 7th Street and East Locust (map) is free to visitors.

Do you offer ADA/Accessible seating?

While Wooly's is a General Admission standing room venue, we do have options for seating when needed. Please talk with staff on site day of show to get a chair, allow early entry, or other accommodations. If you have further questions please contact boxoffice@woolysdm.com in advance.

Guaranteed seating is available when purchasing a booth or table, when available, these will be an option upon ticket purchase.

What is your camera and recording policy?

Small point and shoot cameras only - no detachable lenses or digital SLRs. Flash photography is not permitted at any time.

Photo policies may change depending on the performer.

No audio recording permitted unless otherwise specified.

Do you serve beverages or food?

We do serve drinks at the bar including water, beer, spirits, soft drinks, and more. We do not serve food.

Bar accepts cash and credit card. Credit cards are subject to tax, an ATM is available onsite. 

Can I rent the venue for a private event?
