How can I buy tickets to a Val Air Ballroom show?
- Tickets are available in advance and day of show through AXS.com.
- You may purchase tickets for shows at Val Air Ballroom's box office on the day of the show only if they are available. Our box office opens when the doors open on the day of the show. Cash and card will be accepted.
- All ticket sales are final.
Does Val Air Ballroom have a Box Office?
The Val Air Ballroom Box Office is open on show days starting at door time. Cash and card will be accepted.
Advance tickets are not available in person at the Val Air Ballroom Box Office.
I have tickets at will call, where do I pick those up and do I need an ID?
A form of ID is required for pick up at the box office starting at door time.
What parking is available?
There is a parking lot on site that is available for $10, cash only at this time.
Do you allow purses or backpacks into the venue?
Bags no larger than 12" x 6" x 12" are allowed and subject to search. No backpacks. Bags that are not clear are subject to additional search.
What items are not allowed in the venue?
The following items are prohibited:
- Backpacks
- All weapons
- Cans or glass bottles
- Professional cameras
- Audio recording equipment
- Video cameras (cell phones are okay)
- Laser pointers
Can I leave the venue and come back during a show?
There is no re-entry once you have exited the venue.
A designated smoking area will be provided.
Does my child need a ticket?
All attendees need a ticket per age requirement. For all ages shows, children under 1 do not need a ticket.
Is there a coat check available?
We do not have a coat check available at this time.
Do you offer ADA Accommodations and/or Accessible seating?
While Val Air Ballroom is a General Admission standing room venue, the venue is accessible with options for seating when needed. Please contact boxoffice@firstfleetconcerts.com in advance and talk with staff on site day of show in order to get a chair, allow early entry, or other accommodations.
There are designated ADA parking spots to the East of the building and an entrance ramp on the backside of the venue.
Please check in with security at the front entrance who will be able to let you in through the venue's backdoor with the ramp several minutes before the show.
What is your camera and recording policy?
Small point and shoot cameras only - no detachable lenses or digital SLRs. Flash photography is not permitted at any time.
Photo policies may change depending on the performer.
No audio recording permitted, unless otherwise stated.
Do you serve beverages or food?
We do serve drinks at the bar including water, beer, spirits, soft drinks, and more. We do not serve food.
Bar accepts cash and card.

What seating options are available?
While Val Air Ballroom is standing room only, there are first come first serve seating options available.
If a show is fully or partially seated, selection options will be provided upon purchase at axs.com
